Infographic Debate

Description
Marijuana shouldn't be legalized because of its dangers to young teens. Legalizing it makes it seem safe or healthy to do and it draws teens in. I used facts and statistics from valid sources to help prove my side of the argument. I also used charts to make the information easier to gather. I argue that marijuana should not be legalized, due to all of the downsides I state in the infographic.
Reflection
I picked this topic because I believe that it is one of those arguments that is so easy to pick a side and just use facts that defend your point without listening to a counter-argument. I portrayed my argument in a few charts and quick short facts. I believe that it makes my infographic easy to read and gather information from.
It is not a side I personally believe in. It made researching a little bit more challenging because I did not believe the side I was arguing for. The researching was easier when I could just ignore any counter-arguments to my main points. It was very easy to remain biased to my side of the argument. I believe that my infographic is very engaging and easy to read.
It doesn't throw too much information at you at once but still gives enough information to sway someone's opinion. My main points are bigger in size and I used different colors to make my infographic better to look at. My formatting is neat and to the point, to try and make it as engaging as possible. The style of my infographic makes it interesting to look at. I believe that readers won't get lost in the text and will find it easy to get through all of my arguments.
Yes, I do believe my infographic is effective at swaying a person's opinion because of the formatting. I believe it is organized and clear in what it is trying to say. It is clear and concise and is very convincing, in my opinion. The way it is not too wordy will make it easier for someone to read and understand my argument. Therefore, it will do a better job of swaying others' opinions.
